I wanted to find a unique and exciting event to honor the top Aetna insurance producers in the Sacramento area. I spoke to Roxanne Langer from WineFUNdamentals and she gave me the awesome idea to host a Wine Dinner on the Delta King. The dinner included a seven course gourmet meal pairing a spectacular wine with each course. Roxanne educated all of us on the wines and the pairings. The evening's timing was perfect, neither too rushed or too slow. We had time to enjoy our food and conversation. The details, from beautiful invitations, the Champagne and the appetizer to greet us, to the final dessert and cheese tray were all catered with elegance and class. The room was beautifully appointed and each guest left with a special token. The best part was that WineFUNdamentals handled all of the details.
Several of my guests were quite knowledgeable about wines and found the evening to be one of the best events they had ever attended anywhere. I was thrilled to receive many follow up calls thanking Aetna for hosting such a spectacular evening. The event most certainly provided me with invaluable exposure professionally.
