Wine Seminar Room Requirement List

  • Room set as classroom or rounds of eight.
  • 3 3x6 skirted tables: in front near podium, on the side of the room and just inside the entrance to the room
  •  LCD projector with screen
  • Lavalier wireless microphone
  • Water pitchers on each table including speaker’s table – no ice
  • 6 wine glasses per person with six additional per table.
  • Two cracker baskets per table
  • One napkin per person
  • One small plate per person
  • One wine dump bucket per table
