In order to tackle the following team building projects, each team member needs to know the basics of wine tasting so we begin the program by teaching the guests how to taste wine.  We hand out an oz of white wine in a glass and give a 10 minute “FUNdamentals Of Wine Tasting” talk, then we break the group into teams and send them on their way.  After the six sessions are completed, we tally the team scores and hand out prizes.  It’s a FUN, interactive and educational time for all!
